The New Media Institute was founded in 2000 by Dr. Scott Shamp.

Founded in 1999, AiMA is a dedicated group of new media and interactive marketing professionals focused on providing the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Community a place to network, share, and learn about proven leading-edge interactive strategies and tactics. AiMA has tapped Vert Mobile to develop its first ever mobile optimized website as well as provide mobile strategy and messaging services for its members.
